Cooking is not rocket science, they say. But I always find myself browsing the net, or calling my parents for help when I am in a fix. I hope my blog and all the recipes featured will benefit atleast a few people, the way the many blogs, cook books and expert cooks out there have helped me produce dishes that were otherwise far beyond my reach and capabilities.

  2. Several recipes will be going on my pinterest board. They look Sokol good. I am curious about your kulcha recipe. It has curd as one of its ingredients but when I think of curd I think of lemon curd which wouldn't fit. Could you tell me what kind of curd to use, please?
